The Joyful Mysteries of the Rosary

1. The Annunciation

 The Angel tells Mary she is to be mother of Jesus. She is ready to do God's will.

2. The Visitation

 Mary goes to visit her cousin Elizabeth who in her old age is expecting a child - the future John the Baptizer.

3. The Nativity

 The birth of Jeus in a stable in Bethleham.

4. The Presentation

 The child Jesus is presented in the Temple of Jerusalem where Simeon and Anna recognise his greatness.

5. The Finding of Jesus in the Temple

 After 3 days gone missing, Mary and Joseph find Jesus in the Temple.
